So this was supposed to be just a sketch but I ended up doing a full drawing even with shading, this is one of my favorite designs of all time right next to Felicia from Street Fighter and I'm glad for this closing of 2023 I'm able to draw her. Unfortunately I'm not really able to track down the original artist but still.
