I prefer when they make Sally Taller than Sonic, there a surprising amount of Archie Sonic panels where Sonic is noticeably shorter than Sally. And honestly, I really like it when Sally is Taller, I think it makes her design better, and I think shows off their different personalities very well, and makes Sally look prettier.
