The Hooligans' Fly type, Bean The Dynamite brings his explosive athleticism to the track with skill in Skate Type Extreme Gear.
Keep an eye out for his Bombs, me might shove one in your face when you least expect it!
Since my personal redesigns of the Hooligans are how I imagine they'd appear in the "modern" setting I felt that it'd be appropriate to use them as base models for Sonic Riders outfit redesigns.
Bean retains the "CAUTION" Motifs in his shoes, which have also been updated with new laces, and he also got a, slightly singed, Caution Striped Bandana instead of his traditional Red one!
The new Bandana was something I had initially considered for my Modern Redesign of Bean, but the Red Bandana was just too Iconic. Getting rid of it would have been like Getting rid of Mario's Hat, for a major redesign it was to iconic to toss but for a Spin-Off Redesign I felt like I could get away with getting rid of it.
Lastly, one thing that every character in Sonic Riders has, with one or two exceptions, is some kind of Eye Protection. Whether it's Goggles or Glasses they've all got something.

BUT HE DOES HAVE SOMETHING THAT NOBODY ELSE HAS THAT THEY SHOULD ALL HAVE, and that's a Helmet!
You'd think more character in an Extreme Sports inpirde game would have Helmets, even CREAM (WHO IS SEVEN YEARS OLD MAY I REMIND YOU) doesn't have a Helmet! (Nice Parenting you're doing there Vanilla)
So I thought it'd be fun to give Bean a World War II-Esque helmet to keep his little noggin safe even if he isn't protecting his eyes. I thought this kind of Helmet was appropriate for Bean's Bombastic personality, with a hole cut in the middle for his Feathers to pop out of… and what Helmet is complete without some stickers, right?
For the background I took inspiration from both styles of Wallpapers released for SR in Japan along with the character artwork with names from the Japanese Website.
I thought it'd be fun to use my own sketch for the background, Graph Paper lines and all, and honestly I think it looks really cool!
