i dont blame Penders. i heard him say that SoJ was going to "shelve" all those characters & "move on".
He said — " i didnt create them to be shelved. i created them to be used ". in his mind when he sued for legal recognition of ownership of most of those characters we got to know in the Archie STH, he was doing it to save them from obscurity.
Seeing as how Sega Jp still owns Mina & doesnt use her only goes to prove him correct.
