i managed to get a screenshot of this before it got taken down, but it's from an unaired episode of aosth called "tales from the flipped beeper".
it was this anthology episode where one of robotnik's inventions was able to show alternate universes and the one above was from an au where sonic and co. turned human!
it was really funny and well done, but it's really hard to locate another copy of the episode online.
