Yes this is Shadows blood brother! His name is Eclipse the darkling and if you read the comic you'll also know that he is technoly supposed to be twins! Eclipse is, what the writer said is what shadow would had been is he was a full member of the black arms. Eclipse even relizes shadow as a "dear brother" and has been refusing to kill shadow to this point, but the comic is still coming out so we'll see how end when it's relesed XD
