I tried to redesign this old Sonic manga character. His name is Anton Veruca, though I have seen the surname brooke float around too? He was Nicky's (Sonic) bully in school. He is frequently seen trying to steal Sonic's girl and his bulying is what pushes the shy hedgehog to transform into his alter ego Sonic.
He calls himself the the number one hooligan in Hedgehog Town and hangs out with his quadruplet younger siblings while they go around harassing and tormenting people.
