Gotta fit all of this inside them somehow. (Im not sure how full canon these concepts ended up being or, if they are canon, that the crew thought too much about it. but i treat them as full canon)
They also have power cores sitting in that divot of their endoskeletons. Probably the tricores that he made. Would a severe enough injury damage the core? Is it like their big glowing weakpoint? Many questions!
