Sonic Channel Arms. Actually wasn't as time consuming as the majority of pics, a little hard figuring out how to proportion his rather 'organic' design though.
Went for the darker Mean Bean Machine color scheme opposed to the AoSth/8bit MBM version (orange and yellow with green eyes):
