Description:

This scene is based off of Ice Cap Zone from Sonic 3. I've been wanting to do a zone from a Sonic game for a while, and I just happened to stumble across this great ice material!

This was modeled and rendered in Blender, with the blizzard effect done in Photoshop. And the download is 1920 x 1080!
