4. Ah, and don't take parts. Some pieces I use have that rule, and I can't remember which ones specifically so this rule will apply for all my models. Besides, I list where I get all my part and provide links directly there, so part taking shouldn't need to happen.
5. DO NOT CONVERT OR PORT!!! ROUGE IS ONLY USABLE IN MMD, PARTS DO NOT ALLOW THEIR USE OUTSIDE OF MMD!!!

I love the way this model turned out! She looks so cute! I originally hadn't planned to make her (definitely not two versions), but… The idea was planted and it grew. I caved, made her and now I have ideas for a few other characters too. I might either update this DL or make a second Rouge DL later with more outfits, cause I have ideas for making her Riders outfit at least. It's not a top priority at the moment though. But yeah, I am a little sad the ribbons on her boots don't have physics and sway with her movement (I suck at working with physics, they do not like me). If anyone comes across any issues I've overlooked then let me know and I'll try to look into it. Not only am I still learning new tricks (and how to use PMXEditor as a whole), but I'm sadly not the most attentive and very scatterbrained so It's likely I might have missed something.
EDIT (MAY 5th, 2021): She has been updated to Version 1.2. The changes from V1.1 are: Labelled Materials in English (Easier to figure out what is what when using Subset extract in MME), fixed Blush morph (She can now Blush guys!), deleted extra Morphs that didn't do anything, removed unused items from the Display pane.
